Making a purchase at Bloom Avenue is simple! Just browse our collection, select your favorite arrangement, choose the delivery date, add any special instructions, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely using multiple payment options. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

Once you complete your purchase, you’ll receive an order confirmation email from Bloom Avenue with all your order details. If you don’t see it in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder. Still no email? Feel free to contact us — we’re happy to help!

Yes, you can change your delivery address as long as your order hasn’t been dispatched. To make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order with your order number and the new address. After this window, we may not be able to make adjustments due to delivery scheduling.

Yes, we offer free delivery across most parts of Singapore. However, a S$25 surcharge applies for deliveries to Sentosa and Jurong Island due to additional logistics requirements.

Yes! You can collect your flowers from our studio at: 1 Veeragoo Close, Singapore 534423 (Mon–Sat, 9am–6pm)

No! Currently, Bloom Avenue offers delivery within the city only. We do not ship internationally at this time, but we’re always exploring ways to expand our service area in the future!

Delivery times depend on the type of service you choose at checkout. We offer same-day and next-day delivery for local orders placed before our cutoff time (12 PM). For scheduled deliveries, you can pick a future date that works best for you. You'll receive tracking updates or a confirmation once your order is out for delivery.

At Bloom Avenue, we take great pride in the quality of our floral arrangements. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue — either with a replacement or store credit.
