Returns/Refunds/Exchange/ can be arranged Under the following circumstances:

If any product has been received in a damaged condition, we shall make arrangements to collect and replace the same product to the customer.

If the wrong product has been delivered, Bloom Avenue shall replace the product with the right order upon notification from the customer.

If a Customer is charged more than the value of a Product, we shall refund to the Customer the difference.

All refunds will be made via the same mode of payment within reasonable time. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Do check with your bank or credit card company.

Product replacements shall be completed in the shortest possible time.
